- You may return most new, unused and unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note, however, that international shipping is expensive and time-consuming. If you wish to return an item for personal preference, we recommend reselling it on a second-hand platform such as eBay.
- Customized or personalized items are usually not eligible for return.
- To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it was received and in its original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
